Hi Mark,
PIA do have a live chat on their site, but yes, it does seem to be more geared to customers. Nevertheless, I contacted them directly and they have confirmed that currently, they do not have a server in Indianapolis, Indiana. Here’s a screenshot of the live chat. Here is a full server list for PIA can be found here. I hope that helps!
